Article 70 of the provisions of the University Senate Legislation shall also govern matters pertaining to admission to graduate program studies including special admission, advance standing and transfer of students.
Admission to graduate programs shall be based on academic results and merits required by the academic units for the respective program. For graduate programs, an applicant should:
- Fulfill all admission requirements of the curriculum of the specific program.
- Pass National graduate admission test (NGAT)
- Pass an entrance exam as determined by the curriculum of the specific program.
- Produce official transcripts from the previous university from where he/she obtained his/her 1stand 2nd
- Produce the original and copy of academic records (Degrees and student copies) during application
- Signed and stamped sponsorship letter (if you are sponsored by organization)
- Three recommendation Letters (For PhD applicants)
- Concept Note
- Publication(optional)
- Resume/Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Properly complete the Admission Application Form/Register Online via the online Application/Registration Portal.
- Present proof of payment of the required fees.
- Fulfill all admission requirements of the curriculum of the specific program.
