  2     (Authentication) /True copy)     20 Minutes This service is will only be provided for those who studied at the University of Gondar, for those currently working at the University of Gondar. To get the service clients: Copy of document(s) to be Authenticated and the original document(s).If delegation, in addition to the Copy of document(s) to be authenticated and the original document(s) the delegate MUST come with the original official delegation letter from the recognized legal service.For 3 copies for domestic 60.00 birr for foreign 60.00 dollar.
    3 Official transcript           30 Minutes 3.1. For those who completed in continuing program/ private students  For domestic destination 60.00 Birr; for abroad destination if the customer is currently in Ethiopia 100.00 Birr; if the customer is currently living abroad 100.00 dollar payment receipt.The address where by the official transcript will be send should be clearly written at the back of the payment receipt. 3.2. For Cost-sharing Beneficiary’s 3.2.1. For those need to serve their commitment with service Medicine, Mid-wifery, Anesthesia, Radilogy from Ethiopian Pharmaceuticals and Food Supply Agency (PFSA)/MoH/concerned office as per the cost-sharing guideline; other health from their respective region Health bureau letter that clearly states that the person in charge has effectively served his/her committeement.  Those who served in teaching, letter from their respective regional educational bureau/TVET agency/Federal Higher Education Institute.Renewed ID or PassportFor domestic destination 60.00 Birr; for abroad destination if the customer is currently in Ethiopia 100.00 Birr; if the customer is currently living abroad 100.00 dollar payment receipt.The address where by the official transcript will be send should be clearly written at the back of the payment receipt.
      3.2.2. Any other Cost-sharing beneficiary other than Health and Education field of study: From Federal Revenue and Custom Authority or any other organ(Regional Revenue and Custom Authority) delegated by Federal Revenue and Custom Authority letter that clearly states that the person in charge has payed that he/she is expected to pay as per the cost-sharing used.Renewed ID or PassportFor domestic destination 60.00 Birr; for abroad destination if the customer is currently in Ethiopia 100.00 Birr; if the customer is currently living abroad 100.00 dollar payment receipt.The address where by the official transcript will be send should be clearly written at the back of the payment receipt.   3.2.2. For those who got sponsorship and signing an agreement to serve the Federal/Regional Office after postgraduate study: Letter of sponsorship from the Federal or Regional institute.For domestic destination 60.00 Birr; for abroad destination if the customer is currently in Ethiopia 100.00 Birr; if the customer is currently living abroad 100.00 dollar payment receipt.The address where by the official transcript will be send should be clearly written at the back of the payment receipt.
  4   Degree/Diploma/Student Copy/Certificate     20 Minutes   4.1. For the First Time For those who are cost-sharing beneficiary letter from the concerned body that he/she has completely payed his/her cost sharing or fully served his/her commitment.Renewed ID/Passport.If delegation, the delegate  MUST come with the original official delegation letter from the recognized legal service. 4.2. For the Second Time In addition to all the requirements stated under 4.1. above, the client requesting the degree/diploma/student copy/certificate/ for the second time evidence from the recognized legal service that the degree/diploma/student copy lost.Receipt for the stated service payment.If the request is original degree, the payment add for the print.
    5     Changing Name that is approved by the recognized legal service.   10 Minutes   Currently at study, but not for graduating class student.From the recognized legal service, decision that approved the name change.Service payment 100.00 birr and for ID preparation 30.00 birr original receipt.
  6   Birth Date Amendment from the transcript       20 Minutes   If the difference is not that much exaggerated (less than one year), you can get the service by fulfilling the following requirements: Birth CertificateService payment 100.00 birr original receipt.Return the previous transcript.Renewed ID/Passport.
